Talk about something that is absolute period pro street perfection! This intake manifold was found by BangShift forum member Bamfster who lives in the Denver area where it is up for sale. It is important to note that the Predator carbs are not part of the sale price, so if you buy this thing you’re getting the intake manifold and the two little blowers sitting on top. How would it all work and how much power would it make? Who the hell knows. If you’re buying this thing, the object is obviously show over go and in some circumstances we can get on board with that. We’d love to have it as a conversation piece!
The asking price is $2,450. Before you laugh at that, realize that if the cross ram is a real Z/28 piece, it is worth almost double that on its own and the Camden blowers go for a couple g’s a piece in kits, so the $2,450 is actually a bargain for what is being shown here. Now, if the intake is not a real Z/28 piece you’d still be ahead money on the price of the superchargers (unless they are junk). These little blowers are designed for feeding stuff like small displacement four cylinders, little rotary engines and the like. Even with two of them up there we’re not sure they move enough air to not act as a restriction. But as we said above, who the hell really cars. It looks mean as hell.

…..very cool, but it just looks like the bottom 1/2 of the ‘Z’ intake – looks like the top 1/2 is a custom machined piece…..again, very cool!
If I wasn’t saving up for a couple other goals, I’d be trying to put that thing on my truck this weekend.
