SEMA 2012 Load In Day Gallery: About 100 Photos From SEMA 2012 – We Snuck In Early!

We’re here and we managed to sneak into the show a day early to see what’s what at SEMA 2012. Since media is not technically allowed in until tomorrow, we had to pull a ninja move or two, but we got in…must have been the fake mustaches. Anyway, what we saw is what we expect to see each year. Killer new products, lots of near iron and the innovation and advancements in the high performance industry that this show is home to every year.

From our quick visit today we can tell you that this seems to be the year of the truck at SEMA. Trucks are EVERYWHERE and they appear to out number muscle cars and hot rods by a wide margin! We obviously didn’t see the whole show or convention center, but the front lot and lots of the exhibition hall that we did see are full of trucks of all shapes and sizes! This is a gallery to whet your whistle. Tomorrow we’ll be launching blogs about new products, cool cars, and the stuff that sucks at SEMA, too!

Some sweet machinery, but also a lot of useless garbage. What a waste of time, money and otherwise good parts. I’m mostly talking about the oversized trucks. I’m glad WJ and Kurt got some sponsorship, but those paint jobs have got to be an embarrassment in the pits. Please don’t think I don’t appreciate your days work (BS is among my favorite websites), guess I’m just feeling bitchy tonight. I just balanced my checkbook and then to see all the waste, done simply because it can be done, just struck me wrong. I’ll be ok and look forward to the rest of your coverage. Thank you for doing what you do.
