If you haven’t seen Speedway Motors new sheet metal, bolt together, LS mock up engine block, you are in for a treat. And sources close to the project say that there are small block and big block versions coming for multiple manufacturers as well. Unlike the plastic blocks that have been around for a long time, these take up much less space and are easier to ship because they come in a flat pack that you bolt together.

I own a couple of the plastic blocks and transmissions and I love them. They are a great way to setup a car, but these here are really cool. I don’t have an LS mockup block and I think this is going to be the one I go for next.
