Ouch… Ears, tires, and hearts were hurt in the filming of this episode and I love it. Finnegan has the C10 out again and is doing things with it that nobody would have thought possible in a C10 pickup. We’re talking 6th gear burnouts thanks to the full sequential trans that allows full-throttle upshifts. Try this with a standard stickshift trans and things get tricky. But that’s not all this episode is about!
Nope, the C10 is getting more tuning with 200 more horsepower to the tires and that means way more fun!
Check it out.
Video Description:
In Episode 130 of Mike Finnegan’s Garage, I venture to Bowling Green, Kentucky, the Home Of Holley, and Jessie’s Garage, a local shop with a sweet chassis dyno. Jessie was kind enough to allow us to strap my 1967 Chevrolet C10 to the dyno to finally finish tuning the Terminator X EFI system. The end result was unleashing an additional 200 hp from the Chevrolet Performance LT4 supercharged engine and doing epic burnouts in every gear of the six-speed sequential gearbox.
