Sand drag racing is an interesting deal. The equipment runs, like in asphalt racing, from stockers right up to blown nitro-burning dragsters. They throw rooster tails that could bury buildings if given the chance. The course is alot shorter but the action is no less intense.

The action is primarily focused on the western half of the country, so if you’re like us in the East, you’re probably relegated to following from the sidelines.
