Will The Vice Grip Garage 1966 Chevy C10’s Straight 6 Love A Fuel Injection Swap! Will It Run With EFI For Power Tour?

Will The Vice Grip Garage 1966 Chevy C10’s Straight 6 Love A Fuel Injection Swap! Will It Run With EFI For Power Tour?

I dig Derek’s cool 1966 Chevrolet C10 shop truck but it needs some love on the induction side to make the straight-six even gooder. I said what I said. I said that this straight-six can be even better. I didn’t say it needed to be LS swapped or something. If you drive a straight-powered machine you will understand. They run smooth, make enough power for a cruiser or local shop truck, and are easy to work on. They are not going to pull a big trailer, they are not going to win drag races, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t a great engine if you have one that is in good condition.

Check out the EFI swap that Derek is doing and let us know what you think. I think this thing is going to be cool.

Video Description:

This 1966 Chevrolet c10 has a carbureted 292 straight 6. I’m going to convert it to Holley fuel injection with a sniper kit, an electric fuel pump, and fuel tank relocation.
