Thanks to Aussie BangShifter John Tearle, we were tipped off to this awesome footage of a home built combination consisting of a riding lawn mower, a five liter V8 engine, 700R4 transmission, narrowed Borg Warner rear end, and zoomie pipes. Oh, and it also still functions as a riding mower. Aside from the dyno runs, there is a short interview with the owner/builder and he seems like a pretty neat guy. Yeah, the thing has a fake blower and he admits to it being a bit of “wank factor” but we’re not giving it any demerits. It is a freaking riding lawn mower! The engine is mostly stock as you’ll see it crank out 200hp on the rollers. We like when the owner says, “Not that impressive…but for a lawn mower it is.” The thing also looks to be equipped with a line lock as he stops and briefly turns the tires in the dirt.
