Ultra4 is a category of racing vehicle that requires only one thing, four wheel drive, and has zero restrictions after that. And it had better be prepared for anything, from high-speed fire-road romping to rock crawling like none other, because the minds behind Ultra4 racing have turned it into it’s own motorsport, and it has made its way into Europe. Considering Europe’s fascination with rally racing, it’s not too farfetched to see how well the event has taken off since the first race last year, when it was called King Of The Mountains. Set in the mountainous area of northern Italy, teams competed for three days in a series of challenges, and Busted Knuckle Films has the footage showing off what kinds of fun the vehicles got to try out, from a rutted dirt road that would rattle the chassis to within an inch of its life to the boulder-strewn sections that offer up every possible chance of breaking vital parts.
