The XXL carnage you’ll see by watching this video of a combine demolition derby is truly awesome. Being that we’re based in New England and Southern California we’ve never seen one in the flesh, but this video is nearly as good as being there. One thing that really made us wince was the “in cab” shot that showed two guys hitting head on and looking as though they were about to knock heads!
We were sent this video link by Jeff Lacina, the marketing director at ProCharger and a man whose mind obviously works similarly to ours. Hell, these look like two story houses crashing into one another!
To sweeten the pot we’re going to post the rules and regulations from Morrow Country Tractor and Equipment Association‘s Combine Demo. This is NOT the one shown in the video, but it should give you at least a picture of how to prep a combine for a violent death. Like car demo derbies, we’re sure there are all kinds of hidden trick and tips that old timers and grizzled vets use to gain an advantage over their rube competition.
