(Photos by Mike Brooks) – For decades, hot rodders in New York State have counted on the Buffalo Motorama to provide them with a reason to wrench on their stuff over the winter, for entertainment, for valuable bench racing time, and to give them an idea of what other guys have done to their junk over the off-season. Mike Brooks is from the Buffalo area and he has been attending this event for as long as he can remember, although back when he was a kid walking around we can hardly imagine he thought that one day he’d be blasting photos from the rafters of the place! That’s right, this collection of photos from the 2015 Buffalo Motorama has shots from the floor and the “sky” as Mike got to go where few people can and blasted a ton of images from high above the floor. Wild stuff and great angles.
We dig this show because you will see everything from famed show cars that have been revealed and debuted across the country to some of the best machines in the region. The reality is that Buffalo has been a hot rodding hub for a long time. We have talked about how many great drag and circle track racers have emerged from the Buffalo area over the years and that’s only because the place has a thriving car culture that was grown by devoted and talented gearheads. This show is proof that the culture continues on today and the cars are as wild as ever!
