Want To Win A Field-Fresh 1957 Chevy Sedan That Does Burnouts? This One Is Being Given Away!

Want To Win A Field-Fresh 1957 Chevy Sedan That Does Burnouts? This One Is Being Given Away!

It is damn hard to look at a 1957 Chevrolet and say, “No, I don’t want that.” If you are a GM guy or a classic car nut, you know the appeal. And even if you’re die-hard against GM to the core, you have to admit that you know what someone who is into these things would do to get their hands on one. Even the sedans are killer, and if you can look me dead in the eye and tell me that a four-door tri-five Chevy that you could get your hands on free of charge to you doesn’t raise an eyebrow, then be on your way and have a good day.

But if you are more than a little piqued, it’s legit: DD Speed Shop is giving this Chevrolet away, provided that his channel hits 57,000 subscribers. I’m not one for pumping a YouTube channel’s numbers up. Yeah, I know what this piece technically is, but it’s up to you if you hit the button or not. But hit the button and you stand a chance of being one of the subscribers to gain the paperwork and the keys. And, in case you were wondering, that is a running, driving car…so if you’re wondering what you would be getting, hit play and check it out for yourself!

I once happened across a 57 Chevy two door hardtop for free. Classified ad in a local throwaway paper. It was a widow, her late husband was “going to restore it someday”. 283, 3 speed manual, Belair hardtop. The catch was she would give it away to someone who would restore it, not part it out or hot rod it. It was complete but very very rusty. Sunk to what was left of the frame in mud. The hood buckled when I tried to open it, didn’t try the doors. I left it for someone else who I assumed might lie to her and part it out. I’m not sure it wouldn’t have ripped in half trying to get it on a trailer.
