The photo we ran earlier today of what can only be called a hill jack ramp truck has really grown some legs. We’ve seen it pop up in a few other places and there are lots of people questioning if it is a real photo or something that has been doctored. Well, here’s another photo of the same situation, this one taken from the side of the road after the truck was stopped by a NY state trooper!
