Recently the story of a security guard beating on a brand new Corvette ZR-1 has been sweeping around the internet. Not surprisingly, the guy is being hailed as a dumbass for not only flogging the ‘Vette (weakly we’d add) but also because he taped and then posted video of his exploits. Well, we found video that makes him look like Einstein. What could be dumber than the Corvette stunt? How about “jumping” a massive mining dump truck.
While no apparent damage was caused in the process, the truck comes pretty close to nosing over frontward and we can only imagine that things would end badly for the driver in that scenario. Also, the value of that truck has to be in the millions of dollars, where the Corvette is a paltry sub-$200,000 vehicle.
If they filmed this, we have to believe that these guys have taken this jump in the truck before.
When they actually wreck the truck, we hope they post it too.
