Project Panda X-Press: Richard Holdener’s Favorite CHEAP EBAY AMR500 BLOWER ON A GEO METRO XFI. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?

Richard Holdener and I have been friends for a long time, and we’ve had some pretty interesting ideas. Some might call them stupid, or crazy, or even funny. But this one might be all those things together. Welcome to Project Panda Express. When you buy a project car, and it has history as a food delivery car, some funny thoughts will come to you and that’s exactly what happened here. Oh, and the name isn’t the only thing fun about this whole experience. Getting this car is something else. You won’t believe the stories, but they are true because this stuff only happens to Super Richie.

Video Description:

HOW MUCH POWER IS AN AMR500 BLOWER WORTH? CAN I INSTALL AN AMR BLOWER ON THE 1994 GEO METRO XFI MOTOR? HOW MUCH BOOST WILL THE METRO XFI MOTOR TAKE? DOES THE XFI MOTOR EVEN RUN? DOES IT HAVE COMPRESSION? DOES IT NEED A BATH? CHECK OUT THIS VIDEO WHERE I EXPLAIN THAT I BOUGHT A METRO XFI ONLY BECAUSE I HAD AN AMR500 SUPERCHARGER SITTING IN MY GARAGE. I NEEDED A CAR/MOTOR TO DYNO TEST IT ON! BEFORE ADDING BOOST, I NEEDED TO FIND OUT IF THE MOTOR EVEN WORKED? WAS THE 1.0L MOTOR HITTING ON ALL 3 CYLINDERS? WHY IS IT CALLED PANDA X-PRESS? WHAT DID IT NEED TO GET RUNNING PROPERLY? LET’S JUST GET THE MOTOR STARTED HERE IN PART 1.
